We are pleased to announce that we offer educational and informative seminars for our clients. We provide specialized training to insurance claims professionals in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, auto law updates, underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage issues, special investigation/fraud detection and prevention, contractual shifting of indemnification and defense obligations, and Kvaerner coverage issues. These seminars are designed to address concerns and claims procedures that may create liability and lead to bad faith litigation. Our seminars may also provide continuing legal education credits.

Seminars may be conducted in-house and are customized to address a carrier’s unique areas of interest. We are happy to tailor the content of our seminars, or develop new seminars, based on our clients’ specific needs. The presentation length of seminars will vary based on the complexity of the topic and the time constraints of our clients.
