Following his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, Mr. Cassidy was employed for twelve years by Allstate Insurance Company as a Casualty Claims Representative and eventually a Claims Manager. While at Allstate, Mr. Cassidy attended law school in the evenings at Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and the National Honor Society.  He graduated Cum Laude in 1997.
After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Cassidy began his legal career working for a large insurance defense firm based in Philadelphia.  Thereafter, he took a position with a small insurance defense firm in Montgomery County, where he litigated personal injury, construction, insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
Mr. Cassidy has extensive insurance defense litigation experience, including automobile liability claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, premises liability, subrogation, and coverage litigation.  He also specializes in coverage disputes, construction and bad faith litigation.
Mr. Cassidy has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1997 and is also licensed to practice in New York.  Mr. Cassidy is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Carla E. Connor graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Scranton in 1985 with degrees in English and Philosophy. She was a member of the Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors Program and was awarded the Joseph B. Cullather Award for Excellence in English. Ms. Connor received her Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law, graduating in the top twenty percent of her class, in 1988.

Ms. Connor was a partner in a Montgomery County law firm where she gained years of experience litigating insurance defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and workers’ compensation matters. She also has experience handling construction defect cases, contract and insurance policy interpretation, declaratory judgment actions and defense and indemnity issues. Ms. Connor has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar since 1988.  She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Christina L. Pitchford graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2005.  Mrs. Pitchford received her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, graduating in the top third of her class. While attending law school, Mrs. Pitchford was chosen to join Villanova’s National Trial Competition Team.
After graduating from law school, Mrs. Pitchford joined an insurance defense firm in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, where she focused her practice on general casualty liability matters including slip and falls, automobile accidents and construction litigation.  Mrs. Pitchford has also developed extensive experience in providing coverage opinions and filing declaratory judgment actions, particularly concerning additional insured status and indemnification and defense provisions.  Mrs. Pitchford is also proficient handling both simple and complex subrogation claims.
Mrs. Pitchford is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.  Mrs. Pitchford is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Timothy M. O’Neill obtained his B.A. from Princeton University in 2008. Mr. O’Neill attended Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was honored for Outstanding Oral Advocacy in the Trial Advocacy program. Following his graduation in 2012, Mr. O’Neill joined an insurance defense law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he gained years of experience in motor vehicle accident litigation. Mr. O’Neill has personally litigated over 300 arbitrations and has secured successful verdicts for his clients in Philadelphia, Delaware County, Montgomery County and throughout New Jersey. More recently, Mr. O’Neill joined an insurance defense law firm in Montgomery County, working primarily in first party property claims, bad faith litigation, motor vehicle accident litigation, personal injury litigation and insurance policy interpretation. Mr. O’Neill is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.

For over 19 years Ann has represented and provided legal counsel to insureds, insurance companies, and self-insured entities in all general liability matters including premises liability, motor vehicle liability, products liability, construction liability, and subrogation.
Ann received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law.  Ann is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the firm, Ann practiced with a large insurance defense firm in Philadelphia representing clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She is lifelong resident of Philadelphia and enjoys swimming, hiking, and reading.

Scott graduated from the University of Richmond and the Dickinson School of Law.  He has practiced law since 1998 and worked as in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier before working in private practice with a reputable firm in Media, Pennsylvania since 2003.  Scott’s practice has focused on civil litigation defense of individuals as well as municipal entities and organizations including defense of auto accidents and premises liability matters, defense of civil rights claims, appeals, tax assessment appeals representing local school districts, special education law, guardianship matters, and general liability cases, including argument before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  Scott has presented continuing education courses for bar association members as well as sessions for members of the public and clients regarding litigation issues.  Scott served for many years on the Board and Executive Committee for the Delaware County Bar Association and was President of the Association in 2016.  He continues to be active with the Association.

Devon Stauffer graduated Cum Laude from Temple University in 2014 with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Ms. Stauffer received her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Stauffer was a member of the pro bono Society and Moorad Sports Law Journal. After law school, Ms. Stauffer began working in-house for a major insurance company where she gained experience in motor vehicle accident litigation, premise liability, and subrogation. Ms. Stauffer has successfully litigated copious arbitrations and trials in Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Bucks County, and Chester County.

Melissa K. Kaufman obtained her bachelor of business administration with distinction from Emory University and her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Kaufman completed full-time internships at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, and a large insurance defense firm in Philadelphia.

Ms. Kaufman has over 17 years of experience handling all stages of litigation from inception through completion in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including appearances at depositions, arbitrations, court-mandated conferences, and trial through verdict.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kaufman was the managing attorney of an auto insurance company’s house counsel firm where she represented clients in bodily injury and property damage suits.  She also worked for a large insurance defense firm representing clients in commercial motor vehicle, premises liability, and products liability cases.
