Carla E. Connor, Esquire

Carla E. Connor graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Scranton in 1985 with degrees in English and Philosophy. She was a member of the Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors Program and was awarded the Joseph B. Cullather Award for Excellence in English. Ms. Connor received her Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law, graduating in the top twenty percent of her class, in 1988.
Ms. Connor was a partner in the law firm of Murphy, Oliver, Caiola & Gowen, P.C. where she gained years of experience litigating insurance defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and workers’ compensation matters.
More recently, Ms. Connor was associated with an insurance defense law firm in Montgomery County and worked primarily on personal injury and construction defect cases, contract and insurance policy interpretation, declaratory judgment actions and defense and indemnity issues.
Ms. Connor has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar since 1988.  She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Andrew G. Cassidy, Esquire

Following his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, Mr. Cassidy was employed for twelve years by Allstate Insurance Company as a Casualty Claims Representative and eventually a Claims Manager. While at Allstate, Mr. Cassidy attended law school in the evenings at Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and the National Honor Society.  He graduated Cum Laude in 1997.
After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Cassidy began his legal career working for a large insurance defense firm based in Philadelphia.  Thereafter, he took a position with a small insurance defense firm in Montgomery County, where he litigated personal injury, construction, insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
Mr. Cassidy has extensive insurance defense litigation experience, including automobile liability claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, premises liability, subrogation, and coverage litigation.  He also specializes in coverage disputes, construction and bad faith litigation.
Mr. Cassidy has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1997 and is also licensed to practice in New York.  Mr. Cassidy is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
